- All orders must be placed Monday/Friday midnight.
- Orders are subject to availability. In the event that a particular meal is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.

- We offer a variety of meals catering to different dietary preferences, including but not limited to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and low-carb options.
- Customers can customize their meals to meet specific dietary requirements. However, please note that additional charges may apply for certain customizations.
Payment and pricing
- Payment is due at the time of ordering for orders to be confirmed.
- We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
- If paying via credit/debit, a payment link will be sent via email.
Deliveries and pick up
- We offer both delivery and pickup options.
- Delivery fees apply based on location distance from our home base. Our online delivery system will automatically calculate the rate at checkout.
- Customers opting for pickup can collect their orders at the designated pickup location during store hours.
