• All orders must be placed Monday/Friday midnight.
• Orders are subject to availability. In the event that a particular meal is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative.

• Payment is due at the time of ordering for orders to be confirmed.
• We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash.
• If paying via credit/debit, a payment link will be sent via email.

Deliveries and pick up

• We offer both delivery and pickup options.
• Delivery fees apply based on location distance from our home base. Our online delivery system will automatically calculate the rate at checkout.
• Customers opting for pickup can collect their orders at the designated pickup location during store hours.
